Overview
We, SERVE AND RUN SPORTS EQUIPMENT TRADING CO. L.L.C (“we,” “us,” or “our“), are committed to the satisfaction of our customers with every purchase but understand that issues can arise during purchases of goods/products we offer and to address these concerns transparently and fairly, we’ve established the following policy.
SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS
In Short: We offer limited refunds and exchange for goods which are damaged during shipping or otherwise received faulty within max period of 3 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Refund
All products purchased from https://servenrun.com shall be eligible for refund within 3 days of delivery. Orders not received within the shipping duration shall be also eligible for refunds, which is subject to the shipping location delivery destination, and is a minimum of 48 hours within the United Arab Emirates.
To qualify for a refund, you need to report the damaged goods within 3 days of delivery by contacting us on admin@servenrun.com and photos of the damaged products clearly showing the damage and the original packaging. Goods removed from their original packaging shall render them ineligible for refunds.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY
Orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates shall be subject to longer delivery periods than 48 hours, and include logistics which impact the delivery of the goods. Such orders are eligible for refunds due to delayed shipping with upto 3 days delay of original shipping scheduled delivery date.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Products purchased are eligible for returns/exchange with products having same or lower price within 3 days of delivery provided no damage is inflicted on them in anyway, and they are kept in their original packaging.
REFUND PROCESSING
Refund requests shall be subject to 3 days of processing as of the time of receiving the request via email on admin@servenrun.com and in case of returning the goods, the same 3 days shall be counted as of receiving the goods returned, customer shall bear all expenses and/or shipping costs resulting from returning the goods.
